Finn Juhl (Denmark, 1912—1989) for France & Son, rare model FD112 -  two armchairs/ lounge chairs made in  Denmark, 1960s, teak construction, upholstered seat upholstery, with manufacturer mark on the underside.

Good vintage condition of the wood structure, age-appropriate signs of use of the velvet fabric to needs to be changed.
