A set of 8 dining chairs was designed by Henning (Henry) Kjærnulf in the 1960s. The chairs were produced by Nyrup Møbelfabrik in Denmark and form a rare variant on Kjærnulf 'Razorblade' series
The chairs are in a very good overall condition.

The set consists of 8 chairs made of solid oak. The style and shape of the frames is marked by the scalloped and rounded shapes of the backrest and apron. The distinctive backrests with the abstract razorblade pattern which is Kjærnulf's trademark design. Striking carved details can be found in the four legs and the stiles, adding to the organic, Danish modern aesthetic. , Kjærnulf's style with organic modern and sometimes brutalist references fits well in the Scandinavian modern tradition.
