Oval top with solid teak legs. The top is inset with incised ceramic circled with solid teak wood.
Manufacturer's badge underside.

Danish ceramist and designer Tue Poulsen (1939) studied at the Arts and Crafts School in Copenhagen. In 1963, he opened his own studio and began designing ceramics, porcelain, lamps, and furniture for many Danish manufacturers, such as: Torben Orskov, Domus Danica, Knabstrup and Westnova.
His work was sold at La Boutique Danoise, Paris, at Oscar Woollens, London, and at Bonniers, New York. Poulsen also participated to several exhibitions.
